He studied Chemical Engineering at University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany and obtained his Masters at The University of Texas Austin,TX. He worked around the globe a Chemical Engineer for different engineering firms and companies with the likes of BYD, HBL, LG and Panasonic. He has made his career specializing in developing and managing private equity investments targeted at asset specific investments involving individual high net worth investors, family offices, and institutional investors. His firms have funded private offerings involving lithium Battery Manufacturing and Production and acquisitions, various electric vehicle batteries and zero-energy transition and infrastructure opportunities and other tangible assets. His associated firms have been involved in further providing new energy innovative technologies and He is committed to providing premier solutions and services for new energy applications worldwide through his company - Donald Fritz Incorporations.
